The Police Federation’s annual pay and morale survey has been launched and Cambridgeshire branch members are being encouraged to have their say.
This year the survey has been combined with the demand, capacity and welfare survey to provide a comprehensive picture of the realities of policing.
The survey aims to capture members’ views and experiences on pay, morale, welfare and wellbeing, and to support the Federation’s ongoing campaigns to improve pay and conditions.
It closes on Monday 3 October.
Branch chair Liz Groom said: “Thank you to all of our members who have completed the survey and we’d urge those who haven’t yet taken it to do so.
“The survey will give us a comprehensive picture of the realities of policing and the issues facing our members.
“And the more members who complete it, the stronger our message will be when fighting for improvements on their behalf.
“It’s vital that members have their say.”
