There’s still time for Cambridgeshire Police Federation members to have their say on the issues affecting them in the annual pay and morale survey.
The survey closes on Monday (11 December).
Branch chair Liz Groom said: “I’d encourage as many members as possible to complete the survey.
“The data is shared with our chief officers, ministers and other key stakeholders and provides us with crucial evidence from the men and women on the frontline of policing to support our campaigns and work on behalf of members.”
The findings will provide vital evidence to support the Police Federation of England and Wales in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.
The survey will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.
The link to the survey and full details have been emailed to members. If you’ve not received it, please check your junk folder.
And if you have any questions or experience any issues, please email researchanddatacollection@polfed.org.
