Cambridgeshire Police Federation has paid tribute to PC Alan Lee on the anniversary of his death.

Alan was killed on 10 September 2002 when his scooter was in collision with a bus outside Thorpe Wood Police Station as he was reporting for duty. He was 37.

Branch chair Liz Groom said: “The thoughts of everyone at Cambridgeshire Police Federation are with Alan’s family, friends and colleagues.

“We remember and honour our fallen colleagues and Alan’s service and dedication to policing will never be forgotten.”
