Cambridgeshire Police Federation members are being encouraged to have their say on the issues affecting them in the annual pay and morale survey.
The survey is now live and runs until Monday 11 December.
The findings will provide vital evidence to support PFEW in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.
The survey will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.
Branch chair Liz Groom said: “Our annual pay and morale survey is a chance for members to have their say about the issues that are impacting them.
“The data is shared with our chief officers, ministers and other key stakeholders and provides us with crucial evidence from the men and women on the frontline of policing to support our campaigns and work on behalf of members.”
