A new guide has been put together to help members who have been struggling to sleep during the pandemic.
Produced by Police Mutual, which provides financial services and welfare support to the police service, the factsheet gives handy tips on getting a good night’s sleep.
It focuses on shift work and the problems members may face when working a night shift. It also lists some of the things shift workers can do to help with sleeping.
There are links to other organisations for further help and information including the NHS and the Sleep Apnoea Trust.
