The latest edition of Cambridgeshire Police Federation’s magazine is out now an available to read online.
The spring issue of Fedline contains in-depth coverage and analysis of the recently-published Strategic Review of Policing in England and Wales and the results of the Police Federation’s own 2021 pay and morale survey.
There is also a heartwarming feature on Cambridgeshire’s wellbeing dog Holly and her owner PC Paul Roe who have become ambassadors for the Flint House rehabilitation centre.
And there are interviews with workplace representatives Mark Rabel, who explains why he enjoys the role and the challenges it can bring, and Stu Taylor, who was inspired to become a police officer by his grandad who served before, during and after the Second World War.
The magazine also features a spotlight on International Women’s Day and the career opportunities open to women in policing.
