Located on The Square, within the very heart of the village of Probus, the cottage is within walking distance of a Farm shop, local store/post office, Tea room, chippy and Local pub which offers food, a games room and pleasant beer garden.
The property comprises of a lounge which is dominated by a large inglenook fireplace with wood burner and has a 32″ Digital TV. The kitchen and dining area has been updated to a high standard, which includes a range cooker. Upstairs offers a master bedroom containing a cast iron framed double bed, with adequate room for a travel cot or small fold up bed. There is a second twinned bedroom and the bathroom offers both bath and shower facilities. The house has central heating throughout.
To the rear of the property is an enclosed garden laid to patio and shrubs offering the opportunity to relax with a glass of wine or two after a long day at the beach. There is a brick built outbuilding containing washing machine, freezer and storage area for your Belly Boards! There is parking to the front of the cottage.
The quiet village of Probus is located in central Cornwall on the Roseland Peninsula and is ideally placed to explore the wonders of Cornwall with its many attractions and beautiful beaches. You are only 5 miles from the buzzing Cathedral City of Truro which boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and of course a stunning Cathedral. There are numerous beautiful gardens such as Trewithen Gardens which are located on the edge of the village, including the romantic Lost Gardens Of Heligan and the Eden Project a short drive away.
