Cambridgeshire Police Federation today remembers DC Sharon Garrett on the 12th anniversary of her death.

Sharon was travelling home from duty on 6 June 2014 when her car was involved in a collision with a lorry and two other cars on the A141. She was 48.

Sharon joined Cambridgeshire Constabulary in 1991 and served in a number of roles, including investigating complex fraud offences in the economic crime unit.

Cambridgeshire Police Federation chair Liz Groom said: “Today the Federation will pause and remember Sharon, her service to the Force, and her commitment to the people of Cambridgeshire.

“The thoughts of the branch are with her family, friends, and colleagues on this sad day.”
